RESOLUTION 79-067
A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF AN
ALLEY IN SOO MARIE PARK ADDITION.
After discussion of a petition to vacate a portion of an alley
in Soo Marie Park Addition as dedicated in the proposed plat
of Blanske Addition, it was deemed in the interest of the public
to grant the vacation requested in the petition. Council member
introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
that the following described portion of Soo Marie Park as dedicated
in the proposed Blanske Addition Plat, be, and the same hereby is ,
declared and ordered vacated and discontinued:
That part of the alley in Block 17, lying north of
a line drawn between the southwest corner of Lot 25 ,
said Block 17 and the southwest corner of Lot 6 , said
Block 17. All in Soo Marie Park , according to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the
County Recorder, in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota.
And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the
proper county offices notice of said vacation.
The mo ion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
and upon a vote being taken, thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof :
and the following voted against
same :
Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted.
