BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
WHEREAS , the actual receipts have exceeded the estimated revenues
in the following account by the amount indicated:

111-7 (Misc. Revenues) 3, 173. 39 $3, 173. 39 408-13
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above amount be transferred
to the Contracted Services account of the Planning and Zoning budget
for professional planning services grant (BRW) .
