A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION 79-062
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony had previously
adopted Resolution 79-062, which in part is a duplication of Reso-
lution 79-054 appropriating funds for Water Improvement Project
1979-002 (Stinson Boulevard) from the Water Fund Reserve account ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 79-062 hereby be
rescinded.

• A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1979 BUDGET

WHEREAS , the City Council has approved Water Improvement Project
1979-002 (Stinson Boulevard) ,
WHEREAS , money must be appropriated to provide for such improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following appropriation is
hereby approved:

RESOLUTION 79-054
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR WATER IMPROVE-
MENT PROJECTS 1979-002 AND 1979-003 AND CLOSING OUT
OF FUND #74A.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
that the following fund balance be transferred to the Water Fund
(No. 80) , hereby closing out Fund No. 74A (Waterworks Revolving
Construction Fund) and the balance of the construction costs be
transferred from the Water Fund balance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following appropriations
be made :
