RESOLUTION 79-084
A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY
• DEDICATED IN THE PLAT OF THE SOO MARIE PARK
ADDITION.
After discussion of a petition to vacate a portion of the alley
dedicated in the plat of the Soo Marie Park Addition, it was
deemed in the interest of the public to grant the vacation requested
in the petition. Council member - introduced
the following resolution and moved its adoption:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
that the following described portion of Soo Marie Park be, and the
same hereby is, declared and ordered vacated and discontinued:
That part of the alley lying north of a line drawn
between the southeast corner of Lot 25 and the
southwest corner of Lot 8 and lying south of a line
drawn between the northeast corner of Lot 24 and the
northwest corner of Lot 7, all in Block 17, Soo
Marie Park.
And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the
proper county offices notice of said vacation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
, and upon vote being taken, thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ,
and the following voted against same:
Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted.
