RESOLUTION 79-086
A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF SUNSET
LANE AS PLATTED IN MOUNDS VIEW ACRES SECOND
ADDITION.
After discussion of a petition to vacate a portion of Sunset Lane as
platted in Mounds View Acres Second Addition, it was deemed in the
interest of the public to grant the vacation requested in the petition.
Council member introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
that the following described portion of Sunset Lane as platted in
Mounds View Acres Second Addition, be, and the same hereby is, declared
and ordered vacated and discontinued:
That part of the South 1/2 of Sunset Lane, lying between
the Northerly extension of the East and West lines of
Lot 20, Block 12 , Mounds View Acres Second Addition
according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the County Recorder in and for
Ramsey County, Minnesota.
And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the
proper county offices notice of said vacation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
and upon a vote being taken, thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:
and the following voted against
same:
Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted.
