A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY TAX LEVY
AND 1991 BUDGET IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRUTH IN
TAXATION ACT
WHEREAS, the Truth in Taxation Law requires that the City of St. Anthony provide
Hennepin and Ramsey Counties with a certified tax levy and 1991 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's proposed 1991 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on November 27, 1990, 7:30 P.M. at its
Council Chambers to discuss the tax increase with the residents of St.
Anthony; and
WHEREAS, the information required for the City to calculate a definitive tax levy has been
collected.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
the 1990 property tax levy collectible in 1991 is:
• 1991 levy limit $1,470,987
Housing and Redevelopment
Authority levy 20,000
Certificate of Indebtedness 99,638
TOTAL 1991 TAX LEVY $1,590,625
The 1991 budget is $4,251,225.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified
copy of this resolution to the County Auditor's of Hennepin and Ramsey
Counties of Minnesota.
