RESOLUTION 91-032
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE THE LEASE AMENDMENT BETWEEN APACHE PLAZA, LTD.
AND THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
WHEREAS, Apache Plaza, Ltd. and the City of St. Anthony have entered into an
Agreement of Lease dated June 2, 1989; and
WHEREAS, said parties desire to amend the Agreement of Lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes the
Mayor and City Manager to execute the Lease Amendment attached hereto on behalf of the
City of St. Anthony.

LEASE AMENDMENT
THIS AGREEMENT OF LEASE AMENDMENT, made and entered into this day of
1991, by and between APACHE PLAZA, LTD. , a Minnesota
Limited Partnership (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor") and CITY OF ST.
ANTHONY, a municipal Corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota
(hereinafter referred to as "Tenant") ;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into an Agreement of Lease dated June
2, 1989 for premises known as Store Numbers 12, 13 and 14 located in Apache
Plaza Shopping Center, St. Anthony, Minnesota;
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend said Agreement of Lease;
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to said intention and in consideration of the mutual
covenants and agreements of the parties herein contained, effective the
day of , 1991, Lessor and Tenant have agreed to
modify the Lease as follows:
1. SECTION 501, entitled Minimum Guaranteed Annual Rent shall be amended
as follows.
a. For the lease period commencing November 1, 1990 and terminating
October 31, 1991, Tenant shall pay monthly rent in the amount of
$1,848.67.
b. For the lease period commencing November 1, 1991 and terminating
August 31, 1992, Tenant shall pay monthly rent in the amount of
$3,098.67.
c. For the lease period commencing September 1, 1992 and terminating
October 31, 1993, Tenant shall pay monthly rent in the amount of
$3,266.30.
IT IS AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD, that other than the modifcations contained herein,
said Agreement of Lease shall remain in full force and effect in accorance with
its terms and conditions.
IN WITNESS WHERETO, the parties have hereunto set their hands on the day and
year first above written.
