A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY TAX LEVY
AND 1992 BUDGET IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
TRUTH IN TAXATION ACT
WHEREAS, the Truth in Taxation Law requires that the City of St. Anthony provide
Hennepin and Ramsey Counties with a certified tax levy and 1992 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's proposed 1992 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on November 26, 19917 7:30 P.M. at its
Council Chambers to discuss the tax levy with the residents of St. Anthony;
and
WHEREAS, the information required for the City to calculate a definitive tax levy has been
collected.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that:
the 1991 property tax levy collectible in 1992 is:
1992 levy ($20,000 less than limit) $1,522,479
Housing & Redevelopment Authority levy 20,000
Certificate of Indebtedness 76.205
TOTAL 1992 COLLECTIBLE TAX LEVY $1,618,684
The 1992 operating budget is $4,425,565.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified
copy of this resolution to the County Auditors of Hennepin and Ramsey Counties of
Minnesota.
