RESOLUTION 91-052
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN
THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF TRAFFIC
CONTROL SIGNAL SYSTEM
WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 8905 showing proposed traffic
control signal installation at the intersection of County State Aid Highway
No. 27 and 37th Avenue N.E., within the limits of the City, have been
prepared and presented to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans be in all things approved and that
the City agrees to provide the enforcement for the prohibition of on-street parking on
those portions of said Project No. 8905 within its corporate limits.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby
authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute the Agreement for Participation in the
Construction and Operation of Traffic Control Signal System.
