A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR
PLANNING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony desires a work program and cost proposal for site
planning, street design, and land use planning; and
WHEREAS, BRW, Inc. has submitted such a proposal for a work program and cost
estimate.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City
Manager to enter into an agreement with BRW, Inc. for planning services on behalf of the
City of St. Anthony.
