• A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY TAX LEVY
AND 1993 BUDGET IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRUTH
IN TAXATION ACT
WHEREAS, the Truth in Taxation Law requires that the City of St. Anthony provide
Hennepin and Ramsey Counties with a certified tax levy and 1993 budget;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's proposed 1993 budget;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a Public Hearing on December 7, 1992, 7:30 P.M. at its
Council Chambers to discuss the tax levy with the residents of St. Anthony;
and
WHEREAS, the information required for the City to calculate a definitive tax levy has been
collected.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
• 1) the 1992 property tax levy collectible in 1993 is:
General Fund Levy $1,618,200
Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy 20,000
Certificate of Indebtedness 76,415
2) The 1993 operating budget is $4,860,000 $17714,615
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified
copy of this resolution to the County Auditors of Hennepin and Ramsey Counties of
Minnesota.
