RESOLUTION 93-007
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ST. ANTHONY HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY PLAN FOR 3112 SILVER LAKE ROAD
AND AUTHORIZING THE USE OF H.R.A. FINANCING
WHEREAS, the land in the project area would not be made available for redevelopment
without the financial aid to be sought; and
WHEREAS, the redevelopment plan for the project area will afford maximum opportunity,
consistent with the needs of the City of St. Anthony as a whole, for the
redevelopment of the project area by private enterprise; and
WHEREAS, the redevelopment plan conforms to a general plan for the development of
the City of St. Anthony as a whole.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority plan for 3112 Silver
Lake Road and authorizes the use of H.R.A. financing not to exceed $42,000, plus closing
• costs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the
Mayor and City Manager to execute any agreements required to implement the project.
