RESOLUTION 93-014
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, 37th Avenue N.E., within the City of St. Anthony, is a Minnesota State Aid
(MSA) roadway; and
WHEREAS, 37th Avenue N.E. is in need of rehabilitation and improvement; and
• WHEREAS, being a State Aid roadway, the funding for the rehabilitation of said avenue
can be obtained from MSA funds.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby authorizes preparation of plans and specifications for the rehabilitation of 37th
Avenue N.E., a MSA roadway within the City of St. Anthony.
