RESOLUTION 93-032
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ASSESSMENT POLICY
OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
WHEREAS, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby
amends the existing Assessment Policy, approved on November 10, 1992, as
follows:

For street paving an reconstruction, -%% 35% of the cost for a project will be
obtained from sources other than ad valorem taxes. Fo�;stieet.
All property will be assessed on the basis of front footage as specified below.
Non tax-exempt property zoned R-1, R-lA, and R-2 is assessed a minimum of
