ANTHONY CITY OF ST. ANTHONY • RESOLUTION 9 3-0 4 6 RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF FIRST ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY After discussion of a motion by Councilmember Wagner to vacate that portion of the plat of First Addition to the Village of St. Anthony described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, it was deemed in the interest of the public to grant the vacation. Council member Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the portion of the plat of First Addition to the Village of St. Anthony described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof is hereby declared and ordered vacated and discontinued. And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the proper county offices notice of said vacation. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Councilmember Fleming and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Wagner, Fleming, Ranallo, Markt , and the following voted against the same: None Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted. ANTHONY VACATION DESCRIP'T'ION That part of the First Addition to the Village of St. Anthony, accordig to said plat on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin CountynMinnesota described as lying southerly and southeasterly of a line which lies parallel to and 30.00 feet southeasterly of the following described line 1 and lying southwesterly of a line which lies Parallel to and 30.00 feet southwesterly of the following described Line 2.
