• RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF
AN EASEMENT FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES
(Diamond 8 Apartments)
After discussion of a motion by Councilmember Marks
to vacate a portion of certain street and utility easements, it was deemed in the
interest of the public to grant the vacation. Council member Marks
introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that
the easement for street and utility purposes created by that certain Final
Certificate dated February 14, 1963, approved February 15, 1963 and filed in the
office of the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles on February 28, 1963 as
Document No. 453362 is hereby declared and ordered vacated and
discontinued as to, but only as to, the property decribed on Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the proper
county offices notice of said vacation.
. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
Councilmember Felming and upon a vote being taken
thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Marks, Fleming. Enrooth
and Wagner , and the following voted
against the same: None
Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted.
