A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
37TH AVENUE N.E. CONCRETE REHABILITATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the
plan for the above referenced project, bids were received, opened and
tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying
with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Progressive Contractors, Inc. of Osseo, Minnesota is the
• lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with Progressive Contractors, Inc. (PCI) in the amount of $241,179.50 in the
name of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the
above referenced project according to the plans and specifications, therefore,
approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
2. The Engineer, Maier Stewart & Associates is hereby authrized and directed to retain
the deposits made with the bids of both bidders until a contract has been signed.
Adopted this 231 day of 1993.
