A RESOLUTION
DECLARING A CITY COUNCIL VACANCY
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby declares a Council
vacancy which is created by the resignation of Dennis Cavanaugh as a City Councilmember, as
Mr. Cavanaugh won the Mayoral seat in the preceding City election.
