RESOLUTION 00-028
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALK,
LIGHTING AND PLANTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR 29TH AVENUE NE
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held to receive resident input on a report by the
engineering firm of WSB, Inc., relating to sidewalk, lighting and planting
improvements to 29th Avenue NE; and
WHEREAS, improvements would be:
1. Sidewalk (Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road);
2. Sidewalk (Crestview to County Road 88);
3. Decorative lighting (Stinson Boulevard to County Road 88);
4. Plantings (Stinson Boulevard to County Road 88).
WHEREAS, said report was reviewed by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves construction of sidewalk and lighting, planting improvements in conjunction
with the Year 2000 street project on 29`'' Avenue NE.
