A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WHEREAS, Hillcrest Development, Inc. desires to redevelop the Apache Plaza property and
has requested an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan to accommodate
an office/high tech designation; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing for this request was held by the St. Anthony Planning
Commission and resulted in a recommendation to the City Council for approval
of said request; and
WHEREAS, approval of this request by the St. Anthony City Council is contingent upon the
Metropolitan Council's review and approval.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the petition from Hillcrest Development, Inc. for an amendment to the City's
Comprehensive Plan relating to the redevelopment of the Apache Plaza property within the
City of St. Anthony.
