A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR PLACEMENT OF WIRELESS ANTENNA AT
THE APACHE MEDICAL BUILDING
WHEREAS, Nextel Communications is requesting a conditional use permit to allow
construction of a wireless antenna site atop the Apache Medical Building, 4001
Stinson Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing for this request was held by the St. Anthony Planning
Commission which resulted in a recommendation to the City Council to approve
said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
• hereby approves the request for a conditional use permit from Nextel Communications
allowing construction of a wireless antenna site at 4001 Stinson Boulevard in the City of St.
Anthony.
