A RESOLUTION FINALIZING THE 1999 AUDIT AND TRANSFERRING
DESIGNATED FUNDING SOURCES TO THE APPROPRIATE FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Auditors audit report and financial
statements; and
WHEREAS, transfers are necessary to fund the purchase of capital equipment items approved
by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, annually Cable Reserves are transferred to the Revolving Fund and designated as
restricted use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1) The following transfers be made:
• Transfer $30,000 to the Capital Equipment Fund for the purchase of Leaders
Software Upgrades.
Transfer $2,500 to the Capital Equipment Fund for the purchase of additional
Bike Patrol equipment.
Transfer $65,000 to the Capital Equipment Fund for the purchase of an Opticom
System.
Transfer $25,197 of cable reserves to the Revolving Fund and restrict their use
for cable and communications items.
