A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND
AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF
FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
HARDING STREET LIFT STATION AND
FORCEMAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City of St. Anthony, a report has been prepared with reference to
the improvements:
Harding Street Lift Station and Forcemain
This project consists of rehabilitating the existing sanitary sewer lift station structure,
replacing the existing pumps, and constructing new forcemain.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
1. Accepts the Feasibility Report for the Harding Street Lift Station and Forcemain
Improvement Project.
2. Directs WSB &Associates,Inc.,to prepare final plans, specifications, and bid documents to
• complete the recommended improvements as outlined in the Feasibility Report.
3. The consulting engineering firm shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper
and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such
improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be
published for two times, shall specify the work to be done, and shall state the date that bids
will be opened. No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and
accompanied by a cash deposit,cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the
City of St. Anthony for five percent(5%)of the amount of such bid.
