RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON
AMENDMENTS TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 3, REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT NO. 3 AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN
FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3 -
RAMSEY COUNTY OF THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND ON
A PROPOSED TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota (the
"City"), as follows:
1. It has been proposed that the City and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
St. Anthony, Minnesota(the "HRA"), approve amendments to the Redevelopment Plan for
Redevelopment Project No. 3, Redevelopment Project No. 3 and Tax Increment Financing Plan for
Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 - Ramsey County previously approved by the HRA and the
City and that the City and HRA approve a tax increment financing plan of the HRA which will establish
a new tax increment financing district.
• 2. A public hearing on the amendments to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment
Project No. 3, the Redevelopment Project No. 3,the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment
Financing District No. 3 - Ramsey County, and on the approval of the proposed tax increment
financing plan is hereby called and shall be held on July 25, 2000 at7:00 o'clock p.m-in the City
Council Chambers at the St. Anthony City Administrative Offices, 3301 Silver Lake Road in the City
of St. Anthony. The City Clerk shall cause notice of the public hearing to be published in the St.
Anthony Bulletin, the official newspaper of the City and a newspaper of general circulation in the City at
least once not less than ten (10) days or more than thirty(30) days prior to the date fixed for the public
hearing.
