A RESOLUTION APPROVING SALE OF HOMES FOR RELOCATION
WHEREAS, as a part of the City of St. Anthony flood mitigation program,the engineering firm of
WSB&Associates, Inc.,recommended properties be purchased by the City and the
structures on said properties be relocated; and
WHEREAS, two of said properties, 2700 and 2704 Pahl Avenue, have been purchased by the City and
bids for sale and relocation of the structures located on said property have been sought,
received, and reviewed.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby
approves the sale and relocation of the structure located at 2700 and 2704 Pahl Avenue and awards the
sale of said properties to Otting House Movers in the amount of$11,200.00, which bid is deemed to be in
the best interests of the City.
