A RESOLUTION RELATING TO A REQUEST
FOR A SIGN VARIANCE FOR 3501 - 29TH AVENUE NE
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission to consider a request for
a sign variance for the Conoco Gas Station at 3501 - 29``' Avenue NE; and
WHEREAS, following due consideration, the Planning Commission recommended Council
approval of said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in agreement with the findings of the Planning
Commission at their August 15, 2000 meeting, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the request for a sign variance at 3501 - 29`" Avenue NE.
