A RESOLUTION RELATING TO A REQUEST
FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR
2801 - 37TH AVENUE NE
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission to consider a request for
an amendment to the zoning ordinance for 2801 - 37' Avenue NE from Village
North LLP, and
WHEREAS, following due consideration, the Planning Commission recommended Council
approval of said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in agreement with the findings of the Planning
Commission at their August 15, 2000 meeting, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the request for an amendment to the parking requirements of the zoning
ordinance for 2801- 37`h Avenue NE, Custom Industrial Products, to require less parking for
LI districts.
