A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
AND ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 27, 2000, a report was
prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of:
• Wilson Street from 29`h Avenue NE to Wh Avenue NE
• West Armour Terrace from Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road
• 30`h Avenue NE from Wilson Street to Silver Lake Road
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is
necessary, cost-effective, and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
1) will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of$1,576,100.00.
• 2) hereby designates WSB & Associates, Inc as the engineer for this improvement. They
shall prepare plans and specifications for making such improvements.
