RESOLUTION 00-083
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE FINAL PLAT
FOR APACHE TERRACE 2ND ADDITION (2801 AND
2501 - 37TH AVENUE NE)
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission to consider a joint
request for a subdivision/preliminary plat approval for 2801 and 2501 - 37`h
Avenue NE; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended Council approval of said request and
approval of the final plat with applicant satisfying the conditions set forth in
City Attorney William Soth's letter of September 10, 2000 attached herewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the final plat for the Apache Terrace 2nd Addition (addressed as 2801 and
2501 - 37`h Avenue NE) conditioned upon applicant satisfying the conditions set forth in City
Attorney William Soth's letter of Sep mber 10, 2000.
