A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON
2001 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has been
prepared with reference to the improvements.
2001 Street Reconstruction,Storm Sewer,
Watermain,Sanitary Sewer,Pond Excavation
and Appurtenant Work
This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of watermain and storm
sewer lines to be done on the following streets:
1. Wilson Street from 29"'Avenue to 30`h Avenue
2. West Armour Terrace from Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road
3. 30`h Avenue from Wilson Street to Silver Lake Road
This project also includes pond excavation in rear yard areas north of 300' Avenue, west of
Silver Lake Road; and east of Harding Street(referred to as Harding Street Pond). This
• portion of the project will not be assessed.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 419 at an
estimated total cost of the improvements of$2,020,600.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 13"'day of
February, 2001, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 PM or as soon
thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and publish d notice of
such hearing and improvem s a required bylaw
