Wilson Street from 29f'Avenue NE to 30''Avenue NE; 2. West Armour Terrace from Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road; 3. 30'h Avenue from Wilson Street to Silver Lake Road; This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and storm sewer lines. This project also includes pond excavation in rear yard areas north of 30"'Avenue,west of Silver Lake Road; and east of Harding Street(referred to as Harding Street Pond)and this portion of the project will not be assessed; NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of St.Anthony,Minnesota: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 13`x'day of February,2001 in the City Council • Chambers at 7:00 P.M.,or as soon thereafter as possible,to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing,and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than 10 days prior to the hearing. 3. The owner of any property so assessed may,at any time prior to certification of the assessment to the County Auditor,pay the whole of the assessment on such property, with interest accrued to the date of payment,to the City Clerk,except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid by November 14th of the assessed year. The owner may,at any time thereafter,pay to the Finance Director the entire amount of the assessment remaining un with interest accrued to Decem er of the year in which such payment is made uch with mus made before ovember 14'h or interest will be charged thro De ember 31St t succeeding y r. r Adopted this 9'day of January,2001.
