VACATING A PORTION OF ANTHONY LANE
After discussion of a motion by �au K c i k m em he r Tka esen to vacate that portion of Anthony
Lane in the City legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, it was deemed
in the interest of the public to grant the vacation. Council member J hu esen
introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the portion
of Anthony Lane in the City legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof is hereby declared and ordered vacated and discontinued, and that the City Clerk be
directed to prepare and present to the proper county offices notice of said vacation.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF VACATED PORTION OF ST. ANTHONY LANE
That part of Anthony Lane as dedicated in St. Anthony Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota,described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 2, in said plat; thence South 89 degrees 06 minutes
05 seconds West, assumed bearing along the North line of said Lot 3, a distance of 47.00 feet; thence
Westerly and Southwesterly a distance of 48.47 feet, along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 3 along a
tangential curve concave to the Southeast having a radius of 55.24 feet and a central angle of 50
degrees 16 minutes 25 seconds; thence South 38 degrees 49 minutes 17 seconds West, along said
Northwesterly line and tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 86.54 feet; thence North 51
degrees 10 minutes 42 seconds West a distance of 30.00 feet to the centerline of said Anthony Lane;
thence North 38 degrees 49 minutes 17 seconds East, along said centerline, a distance of 86.54 feet;
thence Northeasterly a distance of 35.17 feet along said centerline on a tangential curve concave to the
Southeast having a radius of 85.24 feet and a central angle of 23 degrees 38 minutes 33 seconds;
thence North 27 degrees 32 minutes 10 seconds West, not tangent to the last described curve, a
distance of 30.00 feet to the Northwesterly right-of-way line of said Anthony Lane; thence Easterly,
along said Northwesterly right-of-way line on a non-tangential curve concave to the Southeast having a
• radius of 115.24 feet and a central angle of 26 degrees 38 minutes 10 seconds; thence North 89
degrees 06 minutes 05 seconds East, tangent to the last described curve and along the Northerly right-
of-way line of said Anthony Lane, a distance of 47.00 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 5, Block 1, in
said plat; thence South 00 degrees 53 minutes 55 seconds East, along the East line of said plat, a
distance of 60.00 feet to the point of beginning.
