RESOLUTION—01- 021
A RESOLUTION TO COMBINE LOT 3, BLOCK 1, APACHE TERRACE, 2ND ADDITION WITH
LOT 2, BLOCK 1, APACHE TERRACE
WHEREAS, TOLD Development Company(the petitioner),representing Walgreens, plans to
construct a 14,490 square foot building at the corner of Silver Lake Road and 37th
Avenue Northeast;
WHEREAS, the petitioner is requesting that Lot 3, Block 1, Apache Terrace, 2nd Addition be
combined with Lot 2, Block 2, Apache Terrace(Amoco site);
WHEREAS, the petitioner's intent is to purchase both properties;
WHEREAS, the two parcels can be combined administratively, so it will not be necessary to replat;
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves the combination
of the property located at Lot 3, Block 1, Apache Terrace Addition with Lot 2, Block 1, Apache Terrace
(Amoco site).
