RESOLUTION—01- 022
A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WALGREENS
WHEREAS, TOLD Development Company(the petitioner),representing Walgreens, plans to
construct a 14,490 square foot building at the corner of Silver Lake Road and 37th
Avenue Northeast;
WHEREAS, the petitioner is requesting a conditional use permit to allow for a two-lane drive-thru
pharmacy for the north side of the building;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 19, 2000 by the Planning Commission;
WHEREAS, the petitioner is requesting a 15 feet drive aisle which meets city code;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission's findings include the request not to be detrimental or injurious,
the use is necessary and desirable, and the request is subject to staff comments contained
in its memorandum,the City's Engineer's comments dated December 7 and 19, 2000, and
Planning Commission conditions outlined on page 10 of tile December 19, 2000,
minutes.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in agreement with the findings of the Planning
Commission, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves the conditional use permit.
