A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 9th day of January. 2001, fixed a
date for Council hearing on the proposed improvements:
2001 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and storm
sewer lines to be done on the following streets:
1. Wilson Street from 29`h Avenue NE to 30`h Avenue NE
2. West Armour Terrace from Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road
3. 30`h Avenue NE from Wilson Street to Silver Lake Road
This project also includes pond excavation in rear yard areas north of 30`" Avenue NE,
west of Silver Lake Road, and east of Harding Street referred to as Harding Street Pond).
• This portion of the project will not be assessed.
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said
hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 13th day of
February, 2001, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given
an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony approves such improvements as are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted the 13`h day of February, 20
