A RESOLUTION APPROVING CP RAILROAD PROPERTY
AS PART OF THE APACHE ANIMAL MEDICINE PROPERTY
(2501 - 37TH AVENUE NE)
WHEREAS, Apache Animal Medicine has purchased from CP Railroad certain lands which
lie within the animal clinic's property and had been owned by the railroad.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the property formerly owned by CP Railroad to be added to the property
owned by Apache Animal Medicine, 2501 - 37`'' Avenue NE., (legal description of property is
attached to this resolution).
Adopted this 3 - day of MaxcL 2001.
