A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR HARDING POND
LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for
the above-referenced project,bids were received, opened and tabulated according
to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
Bidder/Address Total Bid
Second Nature Lawn and Landscapes $268,715.60
Minnesota Native Landscapes $290,745.60
WHEREAS, it appears that Second Nature Lawn and Landscapes of Bloomington, MN is the
lowest responsible bidder.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with Second Nature Lawn and Landscapes in the amount of$268,715.60 in the
name of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above
referenced project according to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the
City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
