A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE
REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CENTRAL PARK COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires to redevelop and improve the
Central Park complex; and
WHEREAS, bids were sought and received by Jay Brothers, Park Construction, Forest Lake
Contracting, and Veit& Company; and
WHEREAS, at their August 13, 2001 meeting, the St. Anthony Parks Commission reviewed the bids
and made recommendation to the City Council.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby
awards the bid for the contract for the redevelopment of Central Park to the lowest bidder, Veit&
Company, in the amount of$1,689,862.
