A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
AND ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 26, 2001, a report was prepared by
WSB &Associates, Inc., with reference to the improvement of Wilson Street, from
301h Avenue NE to 32"d Avenue NE; Harding Street, from 30`'Avenue NE to 3151
Avenue NE; and 31St Avenue NE, from Wilson Street to Silver Lake Road; and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary,
cost-effective and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that:
1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and
the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
• $2,200,000.
2) WSB &Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. They shall
prepare plans for making such improvements.
