A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT,
SUBDIVISION AND REPLAT REQUEST BY THE WIRTH COMPANIES
WHEREAS, the Wirth Companies, 4001 Stinson Boulevard, had originally requested a lot split for
Lot 1, Block 1, Beutz Addition on June 23, 1998; and
WHEREAS, said request was approved by the City Council, but the final plat was not presented to
the Council; and
WHEREAS, due to the amount of elapsed time, applicant is now making the same lot split request;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at their September 18, 2001 meeting, recommended Council
• approve said lot split.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby
approves the request by the Wirth Companies for subdivision, preliminary plat, and replat of Lot 1,
Block 2, Beutz Addition.
