A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SURVEY
RESEARCH PROPOSAL
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires to assess the attitudes and opinions
of St. Anthony residents on the community's quality of life; potential referendum issues;
and, on the changing City demographics; and
WHEREAS, a proposal to survey residents regarding the above-stated items was submitted by
Decision Resources, Ltd.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby
• approves the proposal to perform such a survey from Decision Resources, Ltd. at an initial cost of
$9,700.00, and, $125.00 for additional question items beyond the initial allotment.
