A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR 2500 HIGHWAY 88
WHEREAS, Michele Rae of Curves for Women, has requested a conditional use permit for the
operation of a women's fitness franchise called Curves for Women to be located
at 2500 Highway 88; and
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding said
request on November 20, 2001 and recommended Council's approval of said
request.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the request for a conditional use permit for Michele Rae, Curves for Women, at
2500 Highway 88.
