A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR 2900 PENTAGON DRIVE
WHEREAS, The Village Blend has requested a conditional use permit for the sale of beverages
for consumption on the premises and a restaurant located less than 250 feet from a
residential district, for 2900 Pentagon Drive; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the St. Anthony Planning Commission on
November 20, 2001 and the Planning Commission recommended Council's
approval of said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the request for a conditional use permit by The Village Blend for the sale of
• beverages for consumption on the premises and a restaurant located less than 250 feet from a
residential district for 2900 Pentagon Drive.
