RESOLUTION 02 - 027
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO REDEVELOPMENT
OF THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony City Council is proceeding with the redevelopment project for the
Northwest Quadrant area of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council will use community feedback,market and financial feasibility
analysis,planning reviews and developer interviews in its selection of a developer
for said project; and
WHEREAS, concept proposals were received and reviewed; and
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony City Council selected four concept proposals and interviewed
interested firms as follows:
Centex Corporation
Pratt-Ordway Properties
Opus
• Sherman &Associates (removed themselves as an interested firm prior to the
interviews)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby selectsg25 as the firm to proceed to the preliminary
development agreement for the rede elop em nt of the Northwest Quadrant area of the City of St.
Anthony.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony authorizes the
City Manager to negotiate a draft preliminary development agreement with the selected
developer for consideration by the City Council not later than April 30, 2002.
