ANTHONY RESOLUTION 02-028 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIDE YARD VARIANCE FOR 3601 ROOSEVELT STREET WHEREAS, R. Whitehill has requested a side yard variance for 3601 Roosevelt Street to allow construction of a new single family home; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider said request on February 19, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends the City Council approve said request. • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves the request by R.
