RESOLUTION 02-037
A RESOLUTION DENYING A LOT SPLIT REQUEST FOR
3645 CHELMSFORD ROAD
WHEREAS, Troy Martenson, owner of the single family residential property addressed as 3645
Chelmsford Road, has requested a lot split for said property; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission heard the request at a public hearing on April 16,
2002; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended Council deny said request due to the
following:
1. Subdivision would not meet minimum lot standards.
2. Subdivision does not meet the setbacks required by City ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, in
concurrence with the Planning Commission's recommendation, hereby denies the request by
Troy Martenson to subdivide 3645 Chelmsford Road, citing the reasons set forth above.
