RESOLUTION 02-038
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIGN VARIANCE REQUEST
FROM APACHE ANIMAL MEDICINE AT 2501-37TH AVENUE NE
WHEREAS, Apache Animal Medicine, P.A., owner of the commercially zoned property at
2501-37th Avenue NE, has requested a sign variance for an additional ground
sign; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heard said request at a public hearing on April 16,
2002; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended Council approval of said request
contingent upon the current sign being brought up to code and the second sign
must be built identical to the first sign.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the request for a sign variance at 2501-37th Avenue NE, finding, as did the
Planning Commission, that hardships, as required by code, are present; and that the contingencies
placed upon the applicant by the Planning Commission are met.
