A RESOLUTION APPROVING INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR
THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY,PROVIDED BY THE LEAGUE OF
MINNESOTA CITIES INSURANCE TRUST, COVERNING THE
PERIOD OF JUNE 1, 2002 THROUGH MAY 31,2003
BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves the following
Insurance coverage totaling$181,232:
Includes$10,000 deductible per occurance/$50,000 aggregate.
1. Property $ 9,285
2. Inland Marine $ 2,594
3. Boiler/Machinery $ 1,874
4. Blanket Bond/Fidelity $ 808
5. Automobile $16,123
6. General Liability $41,232
7. No Fault/Sewer Back-up $ 3,502
8. Open Meeting Law $ 756
9. Volunteers Accident Plan $ 1,161
• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby
approves the workers' compensation coverage totaling$67,373, which includes Employee
Managed Care Plan; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby
approve General Star Indemnity as the City's off-sale liquor liability carrier at a cost of
$12,509; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby
approve Minnesota Joint Underwriting Association as the City's on-sale liquor liability carrier at a
cost of$24,015;and
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves renewal of its municipal and liquor insurance coverage with the League of
Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust, for the period June 1, 2002 through May 31, 2003.
