A RESOLUTION REGARDING WAIVER ON TORT
LIABILITY LIMITS FOR LMCIT INSURANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony approved participation in the
League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust(LMCIT)insurance program
for the year 2002; and
WHEREAS: the City has elected to purchase liability coverage in amount of$1,000,000,
which is the statutory limits on tort liability as set forth in MN Statues 466.04
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the waiving of the monetary limits on tort liability established by MN Stature
466.04 to the extent of the limits of the liability coverage obtained from LMCIT for the policy
period from June 1, 2002 to May 31, 2003.
