A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS 4029 SHAMROCK DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the Mayor
and City Manager to execute the purchase agreement for purchase of the property known as 4029
Shamrock Drive, St. Anthony, Minnesota for the amount of$250,000, and contingent upon the
City's receipt of funding from the Department of Natural Resources.
